DESCRIPTION:Quantitative PCR is an indispensable method for many molecular
  biological and especially diagnostic questions.\n\nIn this seminar\, we s
 hare our expertise as a manufacturer of polymerases and master mixes for P
 CR and qPCR with the participants. \nThe seminar is based on the level of 
 knowledge of the participants in terms of content and depth of presentatio
 n. It consists of a first part "Basics" (reagents\, equipment\, assay desi
 gn\, primer design) of approx. 60 min. followed by a lunch/coffee break of
  approx. 30-45 min. A second part of also approx. 60 min deals with "Advan
 ced qPCR" (assay validation/optimization\, common errors\, troubleshooting
 \, data analysis). In the final discussion\, individual questions and prob
 lems of the participants can be addressed.
