The Flow Cytometry Core Facility invites all PIs and researchers, particularly those within ImmunoSensation Cluster, Immuno Oncology Groups and the Organoid Club to explore possible new high-end sorting workflows.
We are combining Samplix double emulsion technology with the Sony MA900 Large Particle Option to unlock new research possibilities:
• Functional Assays: Use Samplix droplets for single-cell cytotoxic killing and cytokine secretion assays.
• Beyond Standard Cells: Sort large particles (>50 µm), clusters, and small organoids with the MA900’s specialized sorting option.
• Precision Isolation: Isolate rare phenotypes based on functional output rather than just surface markers.
